Once you delegate a common form (such as a teacher evaluations), you can add additional schools that you are applying to also accept this common form.
To Add a School:
Step 1. Go to the school's application page you wish to receive the form when the delegate completes it.
Step 2. Scroll down and select the form.
Step 3. Click on the form to open it back up.
Step 4. Select either the button or the button under a previously requested delegate's name.
Step 5. Choose the additional schools you wish to receive this common form. Only the schools that you are applying to that accept this common form will appear on this list.
Step 6. Select if adding delegate and schools or the button to add an additional school. Once the form has been submitted, it will be available to the selected schools.
